"Nothing but praise"

My dad is a patient at this practice and due to his age and frailty I now attend all appointments and deal with his, sometimes complex, medical needs. I have never had any problems with any of the staff, if I am waiting because staff are on the phone they usually acknowledge I'm there which is appreciated. Nothing is too much trouble, recently I have received calls about my dad on Good Friday and also out of hours. In these current times I believe they have gone above and beyond showing care and support to the whole family, even those not registered. I'm very happy knowing my dad is in safe hands.
