"Poor service"

I phoned for an appointment and was told there were no appointments but I could turn up at 8am for appointments released daily. I booked a day off work and arrived at 7:20.

At 7:45 a receptionist came out and said they had stopped doing this in March, that the queue that had formed was a hazard and that if we got bit by the doctors' cars that it would be our own fault.

After trying to call for an hour I went back in to book an appointment and was told there were no appointments. I explained I have found a lump in my testicles and then was given an appointment in three weeks.
