All staff were so positive, nice and reassuring. The amended processes for the outpatients clinic worked well and efficiently. All the staff understood their place in the flow.

This is such a fantastic story to read. I'm sorry that you had the need to use our service but am really pleased to hear that it was responsive to your needs and you had a positive experience. Our team have pent a lot of time in changing pathways to ensure they continue to provide the best possible care in the current challenging context. Like me they'll be dlighted to hear that you had such a positive experience.
