Recently phoned up to get an appointment to see a doctor. Had a telephone call back for a consultation with a doctor within 30 minutes and an appointment booked for a blood test. Fantastic experience. The appointment itself was also excellent, in and out in 10 minutes. Nurse was wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience. Would recommend exploring this method of engaging with patients as a business as usual practice once the current situation settles.
