"Repeat presciptions"

Trying to get your repeat prescriptions is becoming more of a nightmare when due seems to be on the doctors list and when you phone to enquire receptionists very abrupt I lost medication and was refused a early prescription which was fine I understood. Still has not gone through and it's now over due. So now I have burned my back from using cream and am having to take more over the counter tablets than I should to not miss any days off work. Currently looking for a new surgery such a shame been there years a few years back was fantastic. The only one who seems to have time for you is the nurse practitioner.
