Cannot fault any of the doctors or nurses here but they are let down by the extremely rude and unhelpful receptionists. Its understandable that they get a lot of calls and have pressure to get people in for the appointments etc but there is no need for them to talk to you in the way in which they do. They are rude and talk down to you without a care for how that might make you feel. Everyone I have spoken to has said the same about them so cannot just be a one off bad moment.
