I wanted to say thanks to the team at A&E that looked after me and especially Dr Lane who was an absolute star in my care whilst there.
More often than not we are so quick to judge when things don’t go as smooth as we would like them to so I felt the need to write in and say that my experience this morning was second to none.
Dr Lane was very thorough and made me feel confident that my health was as important to her as it was to me.
Thank you all so much and please pass on my best wishes to Dr Lane and the team that looked after me.
