"Going the extra mile"

I am an outpatient and my GP contacted the hospital for advice on me reducing my Lithium. The doctor at the Warneford did not just look in a book but went back through my notes and sent a detailed programme of drug reduction to my GP. Treating me as a whole person and not just a bundle of symptoms! Thankyou
