"Professional caring staff"

I benefited greatly from the sessions and the instructors really cared about our progress. My injury (completely severed cruciate ligament) can be very painful, the stretching exercises help recovery times and it takes pro instruction and care to effect that. I was motivated to continue the exercises at home. I feel better stronger and healthier. Regarding the staff, always courteous and clearly passionate about what they do, after sessions we talked about correct diet and about being properly hydrated and the importance of rest and warm-ups. The instructors were helpful in promoting access to other services which led to me volunteering as a Park Ranger during ‘Lockdown’

I personally got a lot from my sessions and of course it always helps having a great team to work with.
