I was called today by a doctor/consultant in the pain team and she couldn't have been more professional. She was fully versed with my case and had obviously spent some time reading my notes and studying scans before calling. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and gave across an air of confidence that I found to be very reassuring.
Before Covid, I had been seen by a pain consultant who awful. But this phone call has really restored my trust in North Mid. I can only hope that everyone has an equally positive experience!
