I had to call 111 for advice. The lady I spoke to was superb at making me feel like I had done the right thing. She was reassuring. The resulting actions she triggered were efficient and effective in aiding my elderly parents. I am extremely grateful for the way she spoke to me and the way my problem was addressed so quickly and so well.
