"I can't speak highly enough"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Acute Medical Initial Assessment Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / General Internal Medicine

(as the patient),

I was admitted to ARI through Triage (Ward 101) and onto Ward 210 over this last weekend suffering raging infection from shingles.

This may well be International Nurses Day but I have every reason to thank the ARI nursing staff - both day and night shifts - for the exceptional, kind and caring help and support they gave me.  I can't speak highly enough of their efficient nursing skills and caring attitudes - every one.

And, if I may, my gratitude must also include all the other staff who brought me cups of tea, took a little time to chat, cleaned my room etc - they too made my hospital stay as comfortable as possible.

Dear Mrs Milltimber,

I am the Nurse manager for Ward 101 and want to thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding the care you received. It means so much to the team to receive such feedback and especially during these changing times.

I hope that you are now feeling better and recovering well.

Thanks

Julie
