"Professional"

For Ward 3 and IHTT.

My husband's stay on Ward 3 at The Mount was from December 2019 until March 2020.

Never having had personal experience of The Mount or its services I was naturally apprehensive.

I needn't have been. We were both treated throughout his time there with care, respect and understanding.

His treatment was monitored and decisions made with the input of Dr.s, Nurses., OT.s and health care workers. The team on Ward 3 and (latterly) IHTT always included me in this. Even when the clinical staff were busy the receptionist would ensure I was later given time to have any questions answered.
