"Delighted to hear again"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Audiology

(as a relative),

I called the audiology helpline today as my mother’s hearing aids stopped working.

Friendly person helped me and was very supportive and friendly.

The audiologist called me back and arranged for a visit to Airdrie health centre.

Mum is delighted to be able to hear again

Thank you

Dear Good outcome,

Brilliant! That's exactly the standard of care and service that we aspire to provide.

The staff will be delighted that you've taken the time to recognise their professionalism and compassion; I'll be sure to pass your thanks onto them.

I hope you both keep safe and well.

Kind regards
