All of the GPS that I gave either spoken with over the telephone and also surgery visits have been very helpful and professional, however after a telephone consultation I recieved this morning with a nurse practitioner I feel very upset , she was abrupt , didn’t give me time to explain my concerns , didn’t seem interested in allowing me time , and made remarks about my health and questioned it , without giving me the time or the patience so as I could explain my situation to her , I know at this current time and crisis when contacting GP surgeries you cannot ask to speak with a GP or Health Professional of choice but I hope that I am not as unfortunate again as to have to speak with this Prescribing Nurse at a time when I am really struggling .
