I completed an E consultation online late one night for an ongoing yet minor issue with my ear. I was called the following day by a very lovely Dr Saraf. Unfortunately as I was at work I missed the first call. He left a very polite message. I then received a text message for me to send a picture of my ear. He promptly rang back. He was very polite and friendly and quickly arranged for some cream to be sent via my pharmacy (he had also offered to have the prescription available for me to pick up if it was my preference) I honestly can not praise this system and Northumberland Park Medical staff more as during times when our NHS is trying to avoid as much contact as possible this for me was the perfect solution. Reception/Admin staff also always go above and beyond to help. Thank you all for your support during these tricky times. Always 5* 👍🏼
