"Excellent help in trying circumstances"

I rang the practise some time ago as concerned following breast self exam; had successful treatment in past. It was during the current Covid 19 crisis so triaged then referred for face-to-face consultation, very quickly. Examined, advised probably muscular but keep an eye on & ring back if contiuation of issue. Rang back, then seen face-to-face again; referred v quickly to Chesterfield Royal for further check - ultrasound.

Everything was done v quickly & sympathetically, appointments arranged for breast unit & re hernia separate clinic; v reassuring.

All this during v challenging & stressful period in partial lockdown due to Covid 19.

Sett Valley Medical centre continues excellent even in trying circumstances; staff incl clinical & admin helpful & sympathetic.
