I attended Inclusion aldershot music group. Great way to bring people together, fun and creative + a really good instructor

Thank you for your recent post. I am really pleased that you have enjoyed the Music Group in Aldershot and that you have benefitted from the experience.

Part of recovery is about taking up old hobbies and interests again you previously enjoyed or learning and experiencing new things. Music is a great way to help in recovery - as you say, it brings people together and it is fun too!

I will pass on your positive feedback to the Aldershot Team and wish you all the best in your continued recovery.
