(as a service user),

Staff worked hard. Was very supportive too. The move went as smooth as it could.

What I will say is the floor in my room is that I dont like my room!  

Otherwise I am well and feel safe & secure on my new ward. I commend staff for coming to work and helping especially in the Covid 19 stages.

Thank you for your post. I am pleased to hear that you are feeling safe and secure on your ward despite not liking your room.. I will pass on your comments to the Therapies and Education staff who are currently supporting the patients on Cambridge ward by providing activities for you during the Covid 19 situation. We are continuing to monitor the off ward access and will keep you updated as this changes.

Hi,

Thanks for your posting. It sounds positive how you now feel and I am sure the Staff will be very happy to read your cements around the Covid situation. From what I have heard your experience about this is the same elsewhere.
