(as the patient),

My GP recently referred me to the MAU at RAH. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Everyone was professional and kind and I felt I was in really safe hands. 

Considering the current pressure, on all staff in the NHS, the unit was calm and organised and the atmosphere was upbeat. Thank you team MAU, you are a credit to NHS GG&C.
