About: University Hospital Wishaw / Care of the Elderly (Wards 9-12)

(as a relative),

We can't thank ward 10 enough for the tremendous care and treatment my dad received they went above and beyond for him, my dad can't praise them enough. So thanks again.

Thank you for taking the time to express your thanks to the team who provided your dad's care. The staff try to get to know the people and families they care for to understand what is important to them so they can provide personalised care.

I'm delighted to hear that you and your dad appreciated the professionalism of the staff and the care they provided.
