"Terrible service"

Went to join surgery had a chat with receptionist re my poor mental health mentioned I hoped when I did sleep I wouldn't wake up, handed in a repeat prescription for stroke medication was told they wouldn't give me a repeat until I was fully registered, then they did it and didn't tell me had no medicine for 3wks. Asked for pain killers via prescription process a receptionist called and was told refused by GP no offer of an appointment given just a plain NO not spoke to any GP so asked for my records to return to NHS England am now left with no GP at all suffering massive pain lower legs swollen may have a DVT as I am at risk
