"Do not attend this surgery "

I am very disappointed with the service I have received from this surgery. Reception staff and the doctors have a bad attitude and are rude. Doctors never listen to what you have to say and prejudge your symptoms over a telephone call. The most common diagnosis they give is that any symptoms are due to acid reflex or stress. Whenever I ring up to book an appointment the receptionists will ask what the problem is. What happened to patients confidentiality? What if I do not want to discuss with them my problem? I would not recommend this practice to any one! Stay far away from this surgery.
