"Very supportive team offering excellent care"

About: Highcliffe Medical Centre

I have had excellent care and felt supported in all my dealings with the surgery. The staff have always been professional, understanding and helped to resolve my symptoms and concerns. I moved here 18 months ago and have been sent reminders and opportunities for Mammography and relevant age health checks. I have had to make appointments on several occasions for health issues each of which were provided within a reasonable time frame and I felt satisfied with the outcomes which were fully discussed with me. The latest appointment was relatively urgent and I was seen within an hour.
