The dr. was very helpful,but trying to make a follow on appointment was a nightmare. I was told all apps. Were fully booked for the next 4 weeks,no help at all,thank heaven I don’t need to see a Dr. very often. Are they hoping we will all die first ! ? It is also difficult to get someone to answer the phone.

Many thanks for your feedback. Due to the demand on GP Surgeries all across the country, a four week wait is standard. The upcoming Half Term puts extra pressure on the appointments too. Please be assured that for anything urgent, the Doctors are able to see you or speak to you on the same day.

When speaking to patients on the phone it is essential to take the time to navigate patients to the right care. Whilst this can cause a wait for callers, we know our patients are looked after safely and appropriately. We also offer eConsult which provides a quick and easy way to get in touch with your Surgery.
