About: The Blandford Group Practice

Called for advice for what to do if I wanted to see a GP at home even though I’m now registered at Uni. Met with very cold, insensitive and unsympathetic response with no forthcoming advice. Eventually some limited advice was given but I was made to feel that I had been a nuisance with a quote of :”we’re booked up till January and we’ve got our own patients to worry about”. I was left feeling really upset!

We record all of our telephone calls and therefore I can investigate this and follow this up as appropriate.
