"New name same bad service"

About: Winton Health Centre

Made an appointment on Wednesday for Thursday. I Turned up on time but they never had the spirometry machine needed for my appointment. I ha e been waiting for this for well over 18 months.

I was told things would be better after refit. Still mistakes and a poor service.

Dear Patient, thank you so much for taking time to comment on this website. I am the new Practice Manager of this Practice and working on improving our services to all patients. Obviously I am not able to comment on individual cases, but I believe you were offered to speak to me on the day of your appointment, which you declined, please be assured that I am working with my new team to ensure that things like this do not happen in the future.
