My sleep apnea nurse Claire at Durham university hospital

I struggle with mental illness, learner difficult, physical problems and I got bad sleep apnoea am 39 years old and apart from now I have alone lived on own for half a year. Other then that I been in care homes all my life. And been suicide all my life.

Apart from now and been on owe for 4 years now and I love it I voulunteer at Consett football club n do drama etc. And I struggle with shopping any way the way there r. So my sleep apnea nurse and she does night on the codiv19 wards at Durham university hospital and I want her to get awarded as am so so so very grateful as she's goes that extra mile and does all my shopping the way the shops are n still does the codiv19 wards on a night to I would like if possible she can please have a award of some sort as without her help I would be very very very stuck and end up having a break time.
