"MSK,X-Ray and Dermatology..all brilliant!"

I have visited SWCH Out-Patients Department 5 times over the past 5 years for myself-three times-and my teenage daughter twice.

I have nothing but 100% positivity to say about each experience,from easy free parking,friendly staff at the desk and the professionalism and kindness from the clinicians.

I have had shoulder(both)problems over the years,and the radiographer in X-Ray,the MSK Doctor and MSK Specialist Nurse were fantastic and so caring.Thankfully now all sorted along with the help of the H&E Physio team in Bishops Stortford.

Also my daughter was treated for acne by the Dermatology Nurse Specialist,and on both visits was excellent with her and along with a referral to a consultant at PAH in Harlow,really sorted her skin finally.

Overall,excellent communication,treatment and referrals in a relaxing,cheerful and clean environment.Thank you so much everyone!
