On the occasions I have used the BRI often with trepidation & worry I have always found human compassion & understanding at the fore of the service, people genuinely caring out the skills & tasks of there vocation with enthusiasm & professionalism! At this grave time of covid 19 we should all salute everyone that

Works in the service ........ by the way I was diagnosed with “bird keepers lung “ & through there help I can now again breath . Thank you
