About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

I have various appointments for different conditions at the moment. I have always received exemplary care. The consultants, doctors,nurses, health care assistants etc have been professional and caring. This review is more of a big thankyou for all you do for your patients. I know that it is extremely difficult and challenging circumstances in all our NHS hospitals due to Covid -19. If I could I would love to thank each and everyone involved, you all have various roles and expertise and this thank you is for ALL staff. I pray that you receive all the PPI and support to carry out this immense service in such pressing times. Keep safe and we are indebted to you for your care and service. A very grateful patient. xx

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your posting earlier in the year. I have shared your comment with our communications team who will share this across the hospital for all staff to read. This year has been a very difficult time both inside and outside the hospital and I know that my colleagues will really appreciate your kind words which will spur them on through what could be a very difficult winter.
