"Mixed experience with staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was admitted on ward 8c some months ago.

I stayed on the ward almost 7 days. Some nurses made my stay lovely, always making jokes and making the patients in bay laugh. Some nurses and sometimes the ward manager would come and greet us in the morning, which I found very nice.

However, I had an horrible experience with a small number of staff members who I found to be very arrogant and not helpful. While working I heard them gossiping about others, mentioning names and not saying nice things. I felt like they forget that we are sick but not deaf or blind.

Dear Mrs MR

Thank you for providing your feedback on your experience at Royal London Hospital. We are pleased that some of the nurses was very nice to you and other the patients during your stay. However, it was disappointing to go on to read that you found a small number of staff members behaviour to be inappropriate. Your comments will be shared with the relevant team so they are made aware of both your positive, and not so good, feedback.

Kind regards
