"Mixed experience with staff"

I was admitted on ward 8c some months ago.

I stayed on the ward almost 7 days. Some nurses made my stay lovely, always making jokes and making the patients in bay laugh. Some nurses and sometimes the ward manager would come and greet us in the morning, which I found very nice.

However, I had an horrible experience with a small number of staff members who I found to be very arrogant and not helpful. While working I heard them gossiping about others, mentioning names and not saying nice things. I felt like they forget that we are sick but not deaf or blind.
