Because of everything that’s going on with things being cancelled I have gone back to smoking cannabis.

Thank you for letting us know you are struggle and have gone back to smoking cannabis. We are working hard to get as much as we can including our groups up online, your key-worker should have been in-touch about these?

We know that during the current crisis you may feel scared, lonely and disconnected and it may feel cannabis can help this, but please remember why you accessed the service, the negatives must have outweighed the positives from smoking previously.

Also have you looked online, their is some great ways to look after your mental well-being check out the Every Mind Matters website.

Please contact your key worker ASAP or ring the 0300 number for some support around regaining control of your use.
