"Online sessions"

My experience is not a good one. Just as I start to feel at ease talking to a therapist online I was informed that I had only 2 more sessions left. I wasn't aware I had to try and overcome my anxiety in 6-8 sessions. This is not even possible! And to add insult to injury I was told I could go through the process again and wait in line to be referred to a therapist. I have been left with my anxiety through the roof and feeling stressed out and deeply let down by this service. It took a lot for me to ask for help and now I feel like this was a slap in the face. I can assure you I will NOT be calling the helpline again and waiting for 6 plus weeks to get another 6-8 sessions. How on earth do you think this is going to help someone like me? I can't express how deeply let down I feel by this. Every session my therapist would tell me we will work on my problem in the next session, I would fill in your stupid questionnaires all 8 of them, the same questions each time and for what? I am left to carry on as I did before and just sit here feeling anxious and upset by the things that worry me. I would not advise anyone to use this service as there is no point opening up only to be tossed back out there to get on with it. This is a very poor service, no wonder depression is higher than ever... it's because the help offered only last for 6 to 8 sessions after that it's okay your time is up off you go.
