(as the patient),

I was recently discharged from Ward 2A Crosshouse Hospital, and I had a fantastic experience, the staff were all person-centred and focussed on delivering excellent holistic care. I particularly noticed how attentive to patients the staff were, nothing was a trouble to anyone, and the SCN was very involved in patient care also, which was another nice touch. The ward had a nice environment and all health care professionals were joyful and seemed happy at work.

An excellent ward with even better staff. I particularly remembered Kat, Janet, Lauren, Steven and Helen. Thanks from the bottom of my heart.
