HCA went above & beyond

"HCA went above & beyond"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Accident and emergency Stoke Mandeville Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

On two different occasions I was in Stoke Mandeville a&e. One the first occasion after having arrived at 12am and sitting until 3am for ops and then throughout the night having nothing. When change over happened one lovely health care assistant straight away came over and took my ops. She listened to my partner and I rant about how the night care had been less that adequate and then went above and beyond through out the rest of our 4 hours there. Again tonight I was taken into Stoke Mandeville and Alice the HCA was on the night shift. Straight away she was again going above and beyond to try and help. I wish for Alice to be given the recognition that she so rightfully deserves.
