The repeat prescription process seems to encounter problems too often and as a patient you only find out when you go and collect your prescription to find out that it hasn't been issued.
If the patient needs tests before you can renew the drug, or if the request was submitted a bit early or if there is a note attached then please read it and communicate if there are any issues about it.
Somebody makes the decision to not issue the script but they don't let you know about it so it is a waste of time for everyone. Please improve this service as it is getting very frustrating and it isn't hard to fix.
