About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill) / Clinical haematology

(as the patient),

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at Kings even before the current pandemic. I was referred from Medway Hospital Haematology Department in August 2019 as I had MDS and needed a Stem Cell Transplant. Everyone I have encountered  has shown me such kindness and care from the cleaners to the consultants including pharmacy, receptionists, nurses, porters, radiographers and especially the transplant team. I owe them such a lot - thank you all so much.

Hi there. Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us about the care and treatment that you have received at King's. It is such a huge morale boost for staff to get praise and thanks from our patients so thank you once again. I do hope that you are recovering well. Please do keep particularly safe at this very difficult time. Our staff are working amazingly hard at the minute and good news and nice words like this really do make a difference so thank you.
