"Very poor service "

About: Hurley and Riverside Practices

The Hurley Clinic has been going down hill for a number of years but it has sadly hit rock bottom.

The averahe wait for an appointment is 14 days. Nurses either turn uo late for appointments or dont turn up at all. The latter happened to me three times in a row.

The Hurley Clinic feels like it's being run for the benefit of its staff and not its patients.

Dear Patient

We are very sorry that you have caught us going through a very pressured period. We are endeavouring to increase access to all our clinicians. The average wait for appointment is too long and we are doing our utmost to change this situation. In the meantime, we have on the day access for urgent problems via telephone call that can be made into a face to face consultation. We also have appointments via econsulting which is accessed at our website: www. hurleyclinic@nhs.net. There are also evening and weekend appointments at the Lambeth Hubs which you can get via our Reception team. Rest assured that we are working on improving access for our patients and this is an ongoing priority.
