"The receptionist should get a new job!"

I used to be a patient of this surgery and in fairness to one particular doctor he was always a great doctor who I have no complaint with. But I do where his receptionist is concerned who i called up today to find out some information from , I have been asked due to a medical matter by public health England to check with my previous GP, Sadly the receptionist I spoke to had no interest in my call, was rude and unhelpful! She really should consider an alternative profession as her patient care is disastrous and she clearly is above her station, and all from just a receptionist!
