On 12th March I was admitted to Avon Ward with severe breathing problems.All the staff on Avon Ward were outstanding.Nothing was to much for them and they helped keep my sprites up. I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding care I received to help my recovery.
All the staff were a credit to themselves,Warwick Hospital and the NHS.
I hope this Email can be seen on Avon Ward to show my sincere thanks to them all.
Thank you all again for everything,you are very special people.
