"Wouldn’t trust these people to look after my cat!!"

Absolutely diabolical place. No staff interaction with the residents, extremely rude staff. If you want your loved one shoved in front of a tv all day then this is the place to be! Staff look constantly miserable, the place is really grotty. Dirty chairs, nothing for the residents to do except stare at tv or sleep. Even the bed linen I’ve seen looks like it’s older than some of the residents. I have even witnessed a resident ask to go to bed to be told she would have to wait by a member of staff as she was going for a cup of tea first.
