My 16 year old daughter has had ongoing problems with ingrown toenails for a number of years. She was referred to the podiatry clinic to have her two big toenails removed. Being 16 and never having had any major treatment in hospital she was worried about how things would pan out. All of this ontop of the ongoing Covid-19 issues was fairly traumatic for her.
The podiatrist Rachel and the Auxiliary Lynn were so caring towards my daughter. They fully explained the procedure and settled my daughters nerves as best they could. Their manner throughout the whole procedure was outstanding.
The girls gave good explanation in relation to the additional hygiene due to Covid-19 which again put our minds at ease.
The girls were professional, caring and a credit to the NHS.
"Professional, caring and a credit to the NHS."
