"Attended A&E with chest pains"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I was feeling very unwell all day before attending the A&E department but didn’t want to put pressure on the staff so left it as long as I could.

As soon as I arrived I was seen within minutes, the male nurse couldn’t have been better, he was very compassionate and accommodating. Other staff were constantly asking if there was anything I needed and made me feel very at ease.

The whole process was just delightful, I honestly couldn’t thank you all more! I would like for the male nurse to receive some sort of gratitude along with all of the other staff on that shift for just being kind hearted and reassuring!
