I gave birth last month. The care I received all through my pregnancy was outstanding. Every midwife I saw reassured me and helped answer any questions I had for them.
I had originally planned to go to Paisley to have my baby but when I went into labour I didn't feel like I could manage the journey and decided to have my baby in Oban.
I could not have been happier with the care and support from the two midwives that delivered my baby. They were both calm and made me feel at ease the whole time. I could not rate them highly enough and I am so relieved that I changed my plans and decided to stay in Oban.
After the birth of my baby the standard of care was amazing. The midwives contacted me every day and helped support me through breast feeding. I am now confident in breast feeding thanks to the amazing advice and help revived from the midwife team.
I cannot rate the team in Oban highly enough and would recommend anyone to have their baby here. It turned out to be the best decision I ever made.
Thank you all so much.
