Over the last month I've had two visits to ARI hospital for minor operations to do with kidneys stones.
I just want to express my thanks to everyone I came in contact with for the care and professionalism they showed.
From the initial visit for blood tests in 209 (and a surprise admission the same day) everyone was helpful and pleasant and the medical staff reassuring in their explanations.
The second visit was well into the COVID 19 crisis and again such calm professionalism in what must be constant changes to processes and staffing made my visit as pleasant as possible. Thanks this time to all in ward 210.
The tools and techniques you use may all be day to day stuff to you guys but the procedures you have to help deal with this problem are amazing to me and much appreciated.
Thanks to all involved again.
