Having phoned the surgery last week I was spoken to by a polite and reassuring receptionist who listened carefully to my concerns. She informed me a practitioner would contact me shortly. Within 20 minutes I was contacted by the Practise Nurse who took details and asked questions before dealing with the diagnosis. Obviously in the current situation it is not possible to visit the surgery. Thank you to everyone who works at the surgery - its is appreciated all the hard work you continue to do.
