Unfortunately had to attend A&E yesterday with a fractured wrist. Hardly the time to have to visit hospital having been in isolation for the last 4 weeks. The staff were very professional, efficient, good humoured and kind and dealt with the situation swiftly. I found everyone with whom I came into contact highly empathetic. It is difficult to praise them enough, given the conditions that they have to work in. At a time when I am sure they are all working under stress they certainly did everything they could to decrease mine. Thankyou, very grateful.
