"Phone consultation with my gp"

About: Barton House Group Practice

(as a service user),

I raised an issue about a possible underlying condition which could be affected by Corona Virus by email with my gp. The email was sent in the evening. The gp phoned me the following morning and was very thoughtful and reassuring and discussed the need for future testing, but that it was not necessary now. I felt this was a very good use of both our times and was preferable to having to go in for an appointment.
